新生入学须知

NOTICE FOR NEW STUDENTS ARRIVING AT JZMU


In order to register atJZMU, the following steps have to be taken:

Step 1: Go to Office 101 and hand in the following documents: Admission Notice, JW202 document, Passport and original highschool certificate.



Step 3: Go to Office 119 (Students’Administration) to do the 5 following things:
       1.Pay the tuition fee and all other relevant fees within one week after your arrival at JZMU.Also sign the student’s agreement.
       2. Collect the Student Handbook, which gives useful information about the university and the city of Jinzhou.
       3. Fill out the Registration Table for Overseas Students at Jinzhou Medical University.
       4. Set a date for your physical examination. This examination is necessary for you to obtain your residence permit in Jinzhou, in case you plan to study at JZMU for longer than 1 semester. On the day of your physical examination, a staff member of the office will take you to the examination center and guide you through the process. Please don't eat food or drink anything from midnight before your physical examination.
       5. Hand in one passport photo for your student card, which will be ready for you to pick up a couple of days later.

Step 3:   After the results of your physical examination are ready (it usually takes a couple of days), you will be taken to the police station in Jinzhou in order to
obtain your residence permit. Passports can be collected from 4-5 working days after you have been to the police station.


At beginning of every semester, students have to return to the university within the stated time and re-register in the office of the College of International Education. The whole-year tuition fee and other fees have to be paid within one week.
